We welcome and love to have other creators, someone who is confidant enough to handle their own mini project.  We ask that you have some previous experience and the ability to complete project without supervision, preferably, previous permaculture experience.  When visiting as a work exchanger you will preference for accommodations.  Please converse with us about your skills, and what you expect from us.   We ask those that are interested in work exchange to spend one week as a volunteer, so we can get to know each other.  Here are several projects that we would like to do,  and we are always open to new ideas and suggestions or a project that you think would benefit the place and its mission.

We suggest you to read “Gaia’s garden” by toby hemenway to know more about gardening in a permaculture way.  You are going to find the basic knowledge you need to work at Shamballa.
